Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Patidar Vepar (the "platform"). The platform is operated by Mobilogy Software Services LLP ("we", "us"), the intermediary responsible for it under Indian law. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use the platform

Anyone may search, browse and contact businesses. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Creating a business listing is intended for Patidar-owned businesses; the person creating a listing affirms that at registration and is responsible for the accuracy of what they publish.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your number secure.

3. Listings and content

You are responsible for the information you publish — your business details, catalogue, keywords and images — and for everything you send through enquiries, messages, reviews and requirements. Publish only in English, and only what is true and your own to publish.

You must not host, display, upload, publish, share or send any content that:

• belongs to another person and to which you do not have the right, or that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
• is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), or insulting or harassing on the basis of gender;
• is racially or ethnically objectionable, or encourages money laundering or gambling;
• is harmful to a child;
• impersonates another person, or is deceptive or misleading about its origin, or is patently false or knowingly misleading and published to cause harm or gain;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or incites any cognisable offence, or prevents the investigation of one, or insults another nation;
• contains a software virus or any other malicious code, or violates any law in force.

These follow the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We may hide or remove any content, or a listing, that breaches these Terms, and we will act on a valid complaint or a court or government order within the time the law requires. 4. Recommendations and reviews

Recommendations and reviews are the personal words of the people who write them. They are published as written and are not endorsements by Patidar Vepar. Write honestly and only about businesses you have genuinely dealt with. See how trust works for who can give them and how search results are ordered.

5. Contact and conduct

Use enquiries and messaging to do business respectfully. Do not use the platform to spam, harass, defraud, or collect people's data. Never send money in advance to a business you do not know — Patidar Vepar does not guarantee any payment, order or transaction, and is not a party to the dealings between users. Read our safety tips before you pay.

6. Fees and paid features

Searching, browsing, enquiring and creating a listing are free. Some optional features to promote or grow a listing may be paid; where a feature has a fee, the fee and what it covers are shown before you choose it. Fees paid for a feature are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its design and its software belong to Patidar Vepar. Your own content remains yours; by publishing it you allow us to display it on the platform.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that listings are accurate or that a business will meet your needs. To the extent permitted by law, Patidar Vepar is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with other users.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaches these Terms or harms the community. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Grievance redressal

If you believe content on the platform is unlawful or breaches these Terms — for example it is false, infringing, or was posted about you without cause — you can report it from the listing or message, or write to our Grievance Officer. In line with India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, our Grievance Officer acknowledges a complaint within 24 hours and endeavours to resolve it within 15 days; if you are not satisfied, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat.
