These Terms govern your use of Patidar Vepar (the "platform"). By using the platform you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use the platform

Anyone may search, browse and contact businesses. Creating a business listing is intended for Patidar-owned businesses; the person creating a listing affirms that at registration and is responsible for the accuracy of what they publish.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your number secure.

3. Listings and content

You are responsible for the information you publish — your business details, catalogue, keywords and images. Do not publish anything false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may hide or remove content, or a listing, that breaches these Terms.

4. Referrals and reviews

Referrals and reviews are the personal words of the people who write them. They are published as written and are not endorsements by Patidar Vepar. Write honestly and only about businesses you have genuinely dealt with.

5. Contact and conduct

Use enquiries and messaging to do business respectfully. Do not use the platform to spam, harass, defraud, or collect people's data. Never send money in advance to a business you do not know — Patidar Vepar does not guarantee any payment, order or transaction, and is not a party to the dealings between users.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its design and its software belong to Patidar Vepar. Your own content remains yours; by publishing it you allow us to display it on the platform.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant that listings are accurate or that a business will meet your needs. To the extent permitted by law, Patidar Vepar is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with other users.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaches these Terms or harms the community. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat.
