This Privacy Policy explains what information Patidar Vepar collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your mobile number (for the one-time code that signs you in), and optionally your name, email and city.
• Business details: what you publish about your business — name, category, city, catalogue, keywords and images.
• Usage: searches, enquiries and interactions, so the platform works and improves.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To connect buyers and businesses — showing your listing in search, and delivering your enquiries and messages.
• To send notifications you would expect, such as a new message or a matching lead.
• To keep the platform safe and to improve it.

What we share

We do not sell your personal information. A business's contact number is revealed to a signed-in member only when they choose to reveal it, and that action is recorded. Your own phone number is not shown publicly; enquiries reach a business without exposing it.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your details at any time, and you can delete your account — we then remove or anonymise your personal information, while content other people wrote (such as their referrals) remains theirs.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the platform, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Children

The platform is intended for people running or dealing with businesses, and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the new version here with its date.
