Grievance redressal
Patidar Vepar is operated by Mobilogy Software Services LLP, the intermediary responsible for it under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. As Rule 3(2) of those Rules requires, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to receive and resolve complaints about content on the platform and about how your personal data is handled.
Grievance Officer
How to raise a complaint
You can:
- report a listing, review, recommendation, status post or message directly from it in the app or on the website — the quickest way (see our safety tips); or
- write to the Grievance Officer at the email above with the details: what the content is, where it appears, and why it should be addressed. If it concerns you personally, tell us how.
Please include enough information for us to find the content and act on it.
How quickly we respond
The Grievance Officer acknowledges your complaint within 24 hours of receiving it and resolves it within 15 days. Content that is unlawful on its face — for example impersonation, or material that invades a person's bodily privacy — is acted on faster, within 24 hours of a valid complaint, as the Rules require.
If you are not satisfied — Grievance Appellate Committee
If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to a Grievance Appellate Committee constituted by the Government of India under Rule 3A of the IT Rules, 2021, within 30 days of our decision. Appeals are filed online at gac.gov.in.
