Is Patidar Vepar free to use?
Yes. Finding businesses, reading reviews and recommendations, posting what you need and contacting a business are all free.
How do I contact a business?
Open its listing and sign in, then tap Get contact number to see its phone, or use Call or WhatsApp, or send it a message. You need to be signed in to see a number.
What happens to my details when I contact a business?
Your name and mobile number are shared with that business as a lead, so it can call you back. Contact only businesses you want to hear from. See our Privacy Policy and Safety tips.
How do I post what I'm looking for?
Post a requirement — describe what you need and your city, and matching suppliers can respond to you. Browse or post from Requirements.
How do I know a business can be trusted?
Look at its verification badge, its trust score, and the reviews and recommendations on its profile. How trust works explains each one. Always follow the Safety tips before you pay.
For business owners
How do I list my business?
It's free. Open Patidar Vepar, choose Add your business, and fill in your trade, city and contact details. Our team checks new listings first. Once approved, your listing goes live and can be found in search. You can see its status in My Business.
There's already a listing for my business — how do I claim it?
Open that listing and tap Claim. We confirm it is yours with a one-time code (OTP) sent to the business number, and then you can manage it.
How do I get the verification badge?
From your listing, submit proof — for example a photo of your shop, or a GST or shop document. Our team reviews it and adds a Shop or Documents badge. How trust works explains what each badge means.
How do I reply to buyer enquiries and leads?
Enquiries and leads arrive in your dashboard, as a notification and by email, and you can download your leads. Replying quickly earns the Fast replies badge.
How do I rank higher in search?
Get verified, earn genuine recommendations and reviews, reply fast to enquiries, and complete your profile. How trust works lists exactly what counts.
